The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including the features and benefits of our products.
- Contribute to the overall success of our store, including achieving sales targets and promoting products to customers.
- Support the implementation of promotional offers and stock rotation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about learning, hardworking, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced retail environment. You should have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and have an interest in retail business.
Requirements
- A grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths.
- Not currently in any form of education and available for full-time shifts.
- Not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
- Not completed a degree or more than 1 year at University.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Brand new to retail.
Benefits

Pay Rate
£8.85 per hour.
Hours
39 hours a week on a 13-month contract.
