Key Responsibilities
As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of crew members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Driving sales growth through effective inventory management, menu promotion, and customer engagement.

Requirements
