Discovery Senior Living LLC, a leading provider of senior living services, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team.

About the Opportunity:

As a key member of our senior leadership team, the Executive Director will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our senior living communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the community team, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment that fosters resident satisfaction and employee engagement.
  2. Business Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy levels.
  3. Financial Management: Oversee the community's financial performance, ensuring budgeted revenue is achieved or exceeded, and key operating costs are managed in line with budgeted levels.
  4. Operational Excellence: Ensure the community operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining high standards of quality and resident care.
  5. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring effective succession planning and leadership development.
  6. Communication: Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and a positive reputation for the community.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of three years of senior-level experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, with a proven track record of leadership and business development.
  3. Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
