Job Overview

Reed is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Graduate Scheme as an Employment Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career within a prestigious UK Graduate Scheme and develop into a senior professional within an established company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with a diverse range of jobseekers, including those referred by local authorities, to provide employment support and guidance.
  • Manage a caseload of jobseekers, aiming to place them into jobs with local businesses, and utilize exceptional interpersonal and mediation skills to achieve placement targets.
  • Be self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a demanding and emotionally challenging role, with a focus on delivering rewarding outcomes for jobseekers.
Requirements
  • A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.
  • Self-motivation and a target-driven mindset, with a commitment to full-time office-based work.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle emotionally challenging situations, with exceptional interpersonal and mediation skills.
