Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent and effective classroom supervision across various subjects in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons, ensuring students remain focused and engaged in their learning.
- Manage classroom behavior confidently, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
- Work closely with teaching staff to support student progress and uphold high educational standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a secondary school setting is essential.
- A strong passion for education and a commitment to supporting young people's development.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one.
- Two professional references.
