About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Teaching Assistant to join our team at Wealden Leisure Limited. As a Swim Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our swim school team to deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of swimming lessons to children and adults, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Supervise customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of swimming programs, working closely with the swim school team to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Level 1 swimming teaching qualification (training can be provided for the right applicant).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to work closely with customers.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, and motivation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, as and when required.
  • DBS check.
