Role Duration: Long-term engagement with flexible scheduling.

Position Summary: As an Offshore HSE Advisor within our dedicated Hook-Up and Commissioning team, you will be integral to the successful delivery of this pioneering project, aimed at supplying energy to a significant number of households.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Toolbox Talks (TBTs) and safety audits to promote a culture of safety.
  • Performing thorough platform inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Providing training and guidance to supervisors on best safety practices.
  • Leading investigations into incidents to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Possession of a NeBOSH Diploma or equivalent, along with professional membership in a recognized HSE organization.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in offshore settings, with knowledge of CDM 2015 being advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing HSE operations effectively in offshore environments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail in incident reporting and risk assessments.
