About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our team at South Staffordshire College. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach a range of Electrical subjects to Level 3, including EV Charging and Solar Voltaic courses
  • Support high-quality delivery in all aspects of our provision, including induction, personal support, and initial assessments
  • Prepare teaching and learning programmes to a high standard, using individual and group techniques, e-learning activities, and materials
  • Deliver innovative, interactive sessions, and provide support, inspiration, and guidance to our learners
Requirements
  • Relevant vocational experience in Electrical Installation
  • Professional teaching qualification or working towards one
  • Delivery experience and a passion for delivering engaging sessions
  • Flexible approach and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
