Female Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
Our ideal candidate will be a caring and passionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality support. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized support plans, ensuring that each individual receives tailored care and attention.
As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You will be responsible for supporting them with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. You will also be involved in promoting social inclusion, encouraging participation in community activities, and supporting individuals to develop new skills and interests.
