**Job Summary**

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing mobile mechanical maintenance services to clients throughout the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, including plumbing and HVAC.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform necessary repairs.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant mechanical qualifications (City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating or Mechanical Engineering).
  • Proven experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems, including plumbing.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
