What We Seek:

We are in search of a qualified Service Lift Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) to manage a designated portfolio of lift units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 100% of maintenance and service visits for lifts within your assigned territory.
  • Respond promptly to lift breakdowns, striving for first-time fixes.
  • Address any persistent lift issues, aiming for zero defect insurance items and maintaining contractual KPIs by minimizing breakdowns.
  • Perform minor repairs to ensure continuous lift operation.
  • Engage directly with customers on-site to establish strong working relationships.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Hold at least an NVQ Level 3, J-Module, or equivalent certification.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of various lift equipment, including dock-levellers, goods lifts, platform lifts, scissor lifts, and hydraulic systems.
  • Demonstrate the ability to apply lift engineering principles effectively for maintenance and fault diagnosis.

We encourage applications from skilled Service Lift Engineers, Repair Lift Engineers, Call-Out Engineers, Modernization Lift Engineers, or Installation Engineers with a valid Driving License and residing within a commutable distance.
