Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Residential Support Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to children and young people.

  • Work closely with other professionals, including social workers, therapists, and education providers, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care and support.

Requirements
  • Qualifications in a relevant field, such as social work, childcare, or youth work.
  • Experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, young people, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances, including out-of-hours and on-call duties.
