Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi Trader to join our team in Welwyn, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work to occupied and void properties.

About the Role

As a Carpenter Multi Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive and planned repairs, undertaking carpentry and other trade repairs and maintenance work, basic plumbing, tiling, and patch plastering. You will receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device, working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.

About You

Candidates will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification or equivalent, with excellent working Health & Safety knowledge. You will be customer-focused, with experience of working in both occupied and void properties, and have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
