Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests. Your passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail will be essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Work closely with our Head Chef to design and deliver new menu ideas and daily specials.
- Maintain effective controls on food costs and labour, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to drive sales and deliver growth.
- Participate in our CDP - Sous Chef development programme and other training initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Access to our Apprenticeship Scheme, allowing you to gain a nationally recognised qualification while working with us.

We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef who is passionate about producing high-quality food and delivering exceptional service. You will need to demonstrate a passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
