Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Credit Control Service: Provide proactive support to clients, surveyors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective credit control services.
- Maximize Collection Performance: Identify and pursue debt collection opportunities, ensuring timely payment from clients.
- Manage Tenant Ledgers: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant accounts, including reconciliations and contact information.
- Drive Debt Collection: Meet departmental KPIs, SLAs, and internal targets for debt collection, working closely with the cashiering team to ensure accurate and timely cash allocation.
- Provide Expert Advice: Offer guidance to stakeholders on debt status and suggested next steps, liaising with enforcement officers and solicitors as needed.
- Contribute to Team Success: Participate in team meetings, contribute to continuous improvement in processes and procedures, and maintain accurate debt commentary and categorization.
