As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations
    • Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Verify customer system compliance with our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Customer Service
    • Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Allocate and manage warehouse slots and booking logs.
  • Inventory Management
    • Perform regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
    • Upload data to the RDT direct system.
    • Complete audit traceability exercises.
  • System Maintenance
    • Update the WMS system with damaged stock, pallet reworks, and other relevant information.
    • Conduct investigations and analyze control depot KPIs.
    • Provide technical support to warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in WMS systems and customer systems.
