Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with tachograph regulations and vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of driver hours regulations.
  • Oversee weight compliance when planning transportation routes.
  • Adhere to all company health and safety protocols.
  • Assign jobs to drivers using our internal scheduling system.
  • Handle incoming calls and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues via various channels.
  • Manage driver-related administration, including delivery documentation.
  • Assist the Transport Manager during infringement meetings by taking notes.
  • Administer traffic offenses and ensure drivers complete necessary documentation.
  • Facilitate the allocation of vehicles to new drivers, ensuring readiness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members.
