Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful execution of Oracle HCM deployment projects across various modules.
  • Facilitate the integration of new Oracle HCM modules, including Learning and Talent Management Systems, into standard operations.
  • Manage a substantial volume of internal support requests, prioritizing them in collaboration with the HR Systems Product Manager and business stakeholders.
  • Assist in delivering a suite of system enhancements through our Oracle Optimization initiative.
  • Provide expert Oracle technical guidance, collaborating with the team to refine system processes and maximize the Oracle HCM platform's advantages.
  • Advise on transformational aspects of Oracle HCM concerning HR operations, employee self-service, service delivery, and relevant HR processes.
  • Promote the growth of the Oracle HCM platform by sharing knowledge and supporting team members' career development.
  • Lead quarterly system upgrades, ensuring thorough testing and advising on new functionalities.
  • Guide the technical integration of Oracle applications with third-party systems, including payroll and finance.
  • Manage data migration and integrity, working closely with internal subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Oracle HCM platform and its developments, actively participating in the broader Oracle community.
  • Ensure proper governance of HR technology access and data in compliance with GDPR and internal security standards.
  • Serve as a role model for the team, exemplifying our core values and principles.
  • Support staff development and coaching to enhance team skills within the Oracle HCM domain.

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced functional knowledge of the Oracle HCM platform, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Recruitment, and Talent Management.
  • Proven track record in delivering and supporting Oracle HCM implementations and ongoing configurations.
  • Experience leading HR transformation projects and managing teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with other leading HCM cloud products is desirable.
  • Proficient in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Exceptional documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to clarify complex issues and synthesize information.
  • Experience in a functional or technical role within a business or systems delivery environment, preferably in HR.
  • Ability to produce comprehensive project deliverables and effectively transfer knowledge.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Degree-level education and relevant certifications are advantageous.
