We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts & Retail Manager to join our team at Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the effective management of our parts team at our Benington Branch.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide support to our Sales and Service Departments, as well as major key accounts, customers, and trade partners.
  • Manage the existing parts team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient parts supply.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control parts inventory, ordering, and stock levels.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in parts management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural and/or horticultural products and parts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours, including Saturdays and peak periods.
