About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Integrity Manager to join our team at Norgine. As a key member of our Business Integrity team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and promoting a culture of ethics and integrity across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with colleagues across the organization to ensure that Norgine acts in an ethical manner and is compliant with all healthcare-related rules, regulations, and practices.
  • Coordinate the local implementation of compliance processes, initiatives, training programs, and communications to foster a culture of compliance and integrity.
  • Ensure that colleagues know where to seek help and advice if they have doubts about correct business behavior.
  • Input into global written policies and procedures and lead local implementation to ensure compliance in all aspects of our activities.
  • Support and conduct compliance monitoring, compliance controls, and compliance audits.
  • Support local line management in integrity risk-management processes.
  • Document all local ethical incidents and the steps taken to address them.
  • Support Line Management in the adequate handling and reporting of local non-compliance cases.
  • Implement and oversee the effectiveness of the Compliance Program elements and framework.
  • Lead the maintenance of and local affiliate level transparency reports.
  • Coordinate, develop, and train local colleagues on compliance as required.
  • Prepare reports for the Leadership Team meetings regarding the status and effectiveness of the Compliance Program.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Norgine's vision and strategic direction.
  • Change management skills, including identifying developments and business priorities and translating them into strategic change requirements.
  • Leadership skills, including making clear decisions and taking tough decisions to benefit the business.
  • People and relationship management skills, including developing positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Delivery skills, including identifying risk to business goals and managing and contributing to contingency planning.
  • Personal effectiveness, including being proactive and having a focused and structured approach to work.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Highly desirable minimum of 2 years experience in a compliance role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Training and experience in applicable Codes of Practice and experience in compliance or legal.
  • Desirable - Involvement in an inspection related to healthcare compliance or regulatory.
  • Experience in process mapping and SOP development.
