Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Freight Forwarding team at Everpool Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating business from existing relationships and creating new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services remain competitive

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of generating business in Freight Forwarding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
