Hospitality Host

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess at Avery Healthcare. As a key member of our dining services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional culinary care.

• Prepare and serve trollies, cleaning satellite kitchens, laying tables, and assisting in order taking and serving meals to residents.
• Support residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining and assist with dining service as directed.
• Ensure dining tables are set according to standard operating procedures and menus are displayed and reflective of meal choices for the day.

To be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate will have:

• A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
• Experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel.
• A positive attitude towards residents and the ability to demonstrate compassion and commitment to delivering culinary services.
