Key Responsibilities- Oversee Pay and Reward on a strategic level
- Create a function that attracts and retains talent
- Lead a large team
- Manage high-volume payroll experience
- Lead on process improvements and initiatives
- Manage year-end processes
- Drive a customer-focused and high-performing culture
- Lead on continuous improvement, analyzing data to identify best avenues for improvement
- CIPP qualification or relevant experience
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
- Experience with complex ERP and Payroll solutions
- Capability to work well with stakeholders to improve service delivery
- Experience in payroll, pension, and reward legislation
- Previous experience in leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced/high-volume environment
