Guided Solutions is collaborating with a reputable medical device organization to identify a motivated Surgical Sales professional to join their team as an Area Manager within the ENT sector. This position encompasses the South London and South East England territories, specifically targeting South Thames, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent. The primary clientele includes ENT specialists, maxillofacial surgeons, theatre personnel, outpatient department sisters, speech and language therapists, as well as head and neck nursing staff.
This role presents an attractive salary package along with a competitive bonus structure, providing an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a flourishing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promoting ENT medical devices within surgical settings across the NHS.
- Exhibiting comprehensive technical knowledge of the products.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships within ENT, Maxillofacial, and neurosurgical departments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in medical device sales, particularly within an NHS theatre context, is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years in medical sales, with a preference for candidates possessing ENT experience, although this is not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
- A degree or equivalent education is preferred, but not essential for those with a proven sales record.
- Ideally, candidates should reside within the South Thames, Surrey, Sussex, or Kent areas.
- A valid driving license is required.
