Exterior Decorator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Exterior Decorator to join our team at Abri. As a key member of our Damp, Mould and Disrepair team, you will be responsible for carrying out mould treatments, ventilation surveys, and make-good decoration to our customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out mould treatments and ventilation surveys to a high standard and within the timescale allowed.
• Make good decoration to our customers' homes, ensuring all works are completed in the most cost-effective manner.
• Identify and pre-order materials from the stores when necessary, ensuring that the customer is advised of the order progress.
• Work as a great team player, carrying out work and installations to Abri's properties in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that all works are in accordance with good building maintenance practice.
• Provide a high-quality, 'right first time' service to our customers, using your 'can do' attitude to be the friendly face of Abri.

What We Offer:

We will provide you with a van, including fuel card, van vault, racking, and inverter, a fuel card, company tablet, mobile, and the PPE you need to perform your duties. You will be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools.
