About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Project Support Officer, supporting the New Hospitals Programme. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Programme Management Office Team, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Programme Management Office Team, including diary management and meeting arrangements.
  • Assist with project-related administration, including data management and reporting.
  • Act as minute secretary for meetings, ensuring accurate and timely recording of actions and decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date electronic systems for the Programme Management Office Team.
  • Ensure the secure management of confidential and sensitive data.

Requirements

  • General education to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience working within office administration, including IT systems and software programmes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external colleagues.
  • Experience of working as part of a team and in isolation, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • IT-related experience, including Microsoft packages and email.
