Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a 2-form entry primary school in Camden. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support for students with SEN
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist the class teacher with various tasks
  • Work with challenging behavior, SEMH, and autism

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with primary-aged students
  • Good understanding of SEN
  • Experience with challenging behavior, SEMH, and autism is preferred
