About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Southwark Council. As a key member of our Traded Services team, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of pest control duties to residential and commercial customers across the borough.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing pest control services to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working effectively within a team to deliver quality outcomes and provide excellent customer service
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery
  • Conducting site visits and assessments to identify pest control needs and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve service delivery
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is qualified to RSPH/BPCA Level 2 in Pest Management and has good communication skills with a proactive approach to resolving problems. You will be a team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service at all times.

What We Offer
