Job Summary:
CV Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure smooth operation.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and automation issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
- Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
- BTECH/ONC qualification in an Electrical discipline or Multi Skilled Engineering qualification.
- 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PLC fault finding and programming.
- Knowledge of OEE and CCOs performance metrics.
