Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team as a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance on electrical and HVAC plant, as well as undertaking reactive and PPM tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned maintenance on electrical and HVAC plant
  • Undertake reactive and PPM tasks
  • Conduct site walk rounds and complete reports
  • Check and test UPS systems
  • Test fire alarms
  • Check and repair lighting, lamps, and LED's
  • Change belts, pumps, and filters
  • Carry out minor alterations to BMS set points
  • General building services to sanitary ware
  • Tap and temperature L8 checks

Requirements:

  • Electrical maintenance background
  • Strong electrical and building services maintenance knowledge
  • Electrical NVQ City & Guilds Level 2/3 qualified along with 18th Edition
  • Understanding of electrical and HVAC plant maintenance in a commercial environment
  • Valid UK driving license
