Senior Financial Strategist at Quintessentially

Quintessentially is a leading luxury lifestyle management group, providing comprehensive lifestyle management and brand experiences to discerning clients. As a Senior Financial Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving the company's financial performance and strategic position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company's financial performance and position
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance on all business activities and drivers
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop new business opportunities and assess financial benefits
  • Oversee corporate budgeting processes and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Develop and implement cash management policies to ensure efficient use of company resources
  • Design and implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Present financial reports and analysis to the Board of Directors
  • Lead and develop the Group Finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Build and maintain relationships with overseas subsidiary Finance teams and improve financial reporting systems

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a luxury lifestyle management company
  • Qualified chartered accountant (ACCA or ACA) with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and team motivation skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
  • Outstanding numerical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Knowledge of SAGE accounting software and other financial systems
  • Strong understanding of UK Corporate Tax Legislation and other relevant regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
