We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our Products & Services team. In this role, you will assist the Head of Pricing and Promotions within the Product & Services Department, focusing on the daily operations and marketing of the Supplier Support Programme (SSP). Your primary objective will be to enhance the commercial growth of suppliers involved in the programme while managing general pricing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently input, maintain, and analyze pricing data across Lyreco systems, ensuring smooth pricing operations.
  • Plan and execute relevant events and sales meetings for the SSP.
  • Collaborate with the pricing team to enrich and manage data, including maintaining pricing protocols and systems.
  • Oversee the alignment, development, and reporting of agreed KPIs for the SSP to the Head of Pricing and Promotions, relevant Head of Category, and the Sustainability team.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the SSP, including supplier relationship management and identifying opportunities for enhancement and promotion.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience in pricing or administrative roles will also be considered.
  • A proactive attitude with a readiness to take on additional responsibilities as required by the Head of function and Head of Pricing and Promotions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage data effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and engage with suppliers, sales teams, and potential customers.
  • A valid Driving Licence is necessary, along with the ability to travel as needed.
