The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to ensure that the centre is clean and tidy, and that all facilities are well-maintained.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks, ensuring that high standards of quality and presentation are maintained.
  • Host individuals and parties, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that all guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Be a point of contact for customer questions and concerns, providing accurate and helpful information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Be alert to sales opportunities, promoting our products and services to guests and encouraging them to make the most of their visit.

Requirements

  • Full of determination, enthusiasm, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A nothing is too much trouble attitude.
  • Able to provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills.
  • Fully flexible around working pattern, including evenings and weekends.
  • Be approachable and helpful.
  • Be organised and able to multi-task.
  • A strong team player.
