Contract Duration: 3 months

Role Summary

We are looking for a proficient Systems Analyst to undertake a contract role. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering essential support services to users, managing service desk inquiries, and contributing to the upkeep and enhancement of the organization's systems infrastructure.

Key Duties

  1. Deliver support services to users both in-office and remotely.
  2. Assist in the upkeep and advancement of the company's systems infrastructure.
  3. Address hardware and software issues as they arise.
  4. Oversee the service desk queue, ensuring prompt resolution of user concerns.
  5. Support the management of automated deployment systems.
  6. Maintain precise records within the service desk system.
  7. Propose strategies to enhance operational efficiency and minimize expenses.
  8. Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including the preparation of reports and documentation.
  9. Travel to various company locations as necessary.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Proficient in Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365.
  2. Strong understanding of software, hardware, peripherals, and mobile device support.
  3. Experience with software deployment tools (e.g., Intune) and cloud-based systems.
  4. Ability to simplify complex issues for diverse stakeholders.
  5. Flexible, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  6. A collaborative team player with the ability to influence across all levels.
  7. Creative, analytical, and confident in approach.

This position is initially for a 3-month period, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role for the right candidate.
