Senior HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team at The Talent Crossing Ltd. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business, managing cyclical projects, and feeding into the design and implementation of new and evolving HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide generalist HR support to the business, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Manage cyclical projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Collaborate with the Group HR Director and wider team to design and implement new and evolving HR initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist HR support.
- Proven track record of managing cyclical projects and implementing HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and partnership.
