Are you a skilled Radiologist looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Radiologist with a passion for Breast imaging to join our team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position based at the Royal Gwent Hospital, with the possibility of sessions at other Health Board sites. As a Consultant Radiologist, you will be responsible for the professional supervision and management of junior medical staff, participating in medical audit and continuing medical education, and supervising unqualified/more junior staff and students on a day-to-day basis.
Main Duties- Supervise and manage junior medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in medical audit and continuing medical education to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Radiology.
- Supervise unqualified/more junior staff and students to ensure they receive appropriate training and support.

This position involves Regulated Activity with adults, and we will undertake enhanced checks with barred list information, including an adults barred list check. Candidates must be on the GMC Specialist Register or have a CCT/CESR(CP) date within 6 months of interview.
