We are seeking a committed Team Leader who can guide, motivate, and uplift a team in our friendly Starbucks establishment. The Team Leader is essential in overseeing store operations in the absence of the Manager, acting as a vital support to the Store Manager.

As the second-in-command, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless team operations, driving sales, and enhancing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on leading and engaging the team, as well as participating in beverage preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing excellent service to our valued customers.

This position may involve late-night shifts and store closing duties, so candidates must be at least 18 years old.
