About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day minor maintenance and repairs to a high standard, ensuring a comfortable environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out minor maintenance and repairs, including gardening and building tasks.
  • Differentiating between minor repairs and when more specialist skills are required.
  • Ensuring equipment is used safely, following health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in gardening, building, or maintenance is desirable.
  • Range of practical skills, including maintenance and gardening.
  • Understanding of data protection and confidentiality, and the safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
  • Health and safety in the workplace.
