Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Alpha Data Services implementation practice. As the Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of our F2B ADP/ADS solutions for clients, from pre-contract due diligence to post-go-live hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face of the ADS organization, providing thought leadership to clients throughout the implementation journey.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GTS, SaaS Ops, Alpha Cloud Ops, and Alpha Platform Engineering, to resolve data issues and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, ensuring adoption and compliance with client-specific requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data management solutions.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in data management, product, and market data roles and responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services data domains, including Security Master, Entity Master, Benchmarks, Positions, Transactions, Cash, Performance, Analytics, etc.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data management, data governance, service catalog, data lineage tools, operational dashboards, and process monitoring tools.
  • Working knowledge of Azure cloud platforms and Snowflake is a plus.
  • University degree in computer science, data management, or a related field.
