About the Role

As a Night Shift Supervisor at Evri, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 50 direct reports and providing leadership and direction for the night shift. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the night operation, where you will oversee teams of Night Loaders, Sorters, and Drivers processing parcels to be delivered to the final customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports, providing leadership and direction for the shift
  • Develop and train reports to ensure SLAs are hit for the Night shift
  • Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations
  • Process BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

Requirements

  • Management experience of leading and managing a team
  • Experience of managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment is a definite advantage
  • Must be able to work on own initiative in a pressurized environment to tight deadlines
  • PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • An understanding of Transport regulations ideally
