About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Corporate Tax practice, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and solutions to our clients in the UK and overseas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tax compliance and advisory services using resource from a shared service team or via technology tools.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of taxation, with specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues.
  • Collaborate with senior managers, Directors, and Partners to ensure effective delivery of services to our clients.
  • Identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.
  • Lead complex projects and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and identify potential risks to the Firm.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in tax advisory services, with a strong understanding of taxation and complex tax issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to work proactively, managing own tasks and prioritizing workload.
