Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at AWD online Careers. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and delivering planned and cyclical maintenance programmes and projects on all properties owned or managed by our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritize maintenance programmes and projects to ensure timely completion and within budget
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Manage contracts and services to ensure delivery to agreed standards and customer expectations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements:
- Relevant professional building qualification or background in building surveying or maintenance
- Strong customer focus and ability to complete and review risk assessments
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
