About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Anaesthetics Practitioner / Nurse to join our theatre team at a highly reputable private hospital in Norwich. As an Anaesthetics Practitioner / Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating theatre / anaesthetic room for surgery
  • Prepare instrumentation, supplies, and equipment for procedures
  • Work across a range of operative procedures
  • Ensure waste is kept to a minimum
  • Run theatre lists without supervision and perform anaesthetic duties
  • Supervise and train junior members of staff
Requirements
  • NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions
  • Registered Nurse with Anaesthetics module
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 1 year Anaesthetics experience in the UK
  • Experience in orthopaedics is essential
  • Recovery experience is desirable
  • Experience working under minimal supervision
  • Passion for high-quality care
  • Excellent communication skills
