DESCRIPTION:

CC Leasing, a reputable vehicle finance and leasing brokerage, is seeking a diligent and proactive Senior Administrator. Our organization, established in 1980, prides itself on fostering a supportive and growth-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic setting. While prior experience in the financial sector is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviewing, processing, and generating customer contracts for finance agreements, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Coordinating the delivery of new vehicles and the collection of existing ones, maintaining communication with customers, dealers, and finance partners to guarantee a smooth process.
  • Engaging with customers throughout their contract duration to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Supporting the sales team by preparing comparative quotes and order documentation.
  • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system.
  • Handling incoming calls professionally.
  • Managing a high volume of workflow and inquiries efficiently.
  • Adhering to ethical practices and professional standards within an FCA-regulated environment, ensuring fair treatment of all customers.
  • Consistently applying and updating company compliance policies.
