About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans
  • Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
  • Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed
  • Help residents with their shopping and provide general support with daily tasks
About You
  • You will be a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older adults
  • You will have experience working in a care or support environment, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
