Job Title: Registered Nursing Associate

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nursing Associate to join our Endoscopy Unit team at Jarrodean Healthcare's Acute Hospital site in Bath, Somerset.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time permanent position, but we are open to considering part-time hours opportunities. The Unit operates between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Nursing Associate in our Endoscopy Unit.
  2. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  4. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. NMC registration as a Registered Nursing Associate.
  2. Current or recent Endoscopy experience.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
