Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a global company with a unique shift pattern offering a great work-life balance.

The successful candidate will work on a Panama shift pattern, working 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 nights on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off. This means that if you want to book holidays off, you can book 2 days off and have 7 days off in a row.

The Role:

  • Electrical Maintenance Engineer
  • Proactive and reactive maintenance
  • Attend on-site breakdowns
  • Average of 42 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical PPM and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and lines
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify and report any maintenance-related issues

Requirements:

  • Electrically biased maintenance engineer
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
