Job Title: Warehouse Operative

At ADVANCED TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS LTD, we are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing products using a voice automated system
  • Operating mechanically operated equipment
  • Heavy lifting and moving of products
  • Working to standard Warehouse operating procedures in line with company policy
  • Maintaining high levels of Health and Safety awareness and reporting any areas of concern
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or picker packer is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to give attention to detail and work efficiently
  • Ambition to grow and progress in your career
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £7.80 - £8.80 per hour
  • Overtime opportunities at £7.25 - £3.75 per hour
  • A 12-week rota with the opportunity to work 5 days from 7
  • Permanent role with a £3000 joining bonus
