Main Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for service users and care workers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Effectively handle initial enquiries from prospective service users and their families, providing clear and concise information about our services.
- Rostering staff to ensure a safe and efficient delivery of care to clients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals involved in service users' care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist with recruiting new care workers to the team, providing training and support to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Monitor care workers and conduct regular supervisions and appraisals to ensure they are meeting the required standards.

Requirements:
- A full UK driving license is essential for this role.

- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to cope with changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
