Senior Construction Technologist

Lorien Central Belt is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to support their construction projects on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, design, and administration of construction projects and planned improvements works. Key responsibilities include:

* Conducting site and building investigations and surveys, including dimensional surveys and asset management surveys.
* Preparing feasibility studies and reports on property and construction projects.
* Developing construction details, production information, and building specifications for projects.
* Assisting in the administration of planned improvement and minor works contracts, including site inspection duties.
* Participating in design teams for major construction projects.
* Providing technical advice and liaising with colleagues on construction matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD, knowledge of project management, building regulations, and building contracts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is also required. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of Lorien Central Belt's construction projects.
